This Privacy Policy describes how Dojo Growth Labs (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use Dojo Ads Intelligence (“Service”).

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide

• Email address — used for authentication (one-time passcode login), report delivery notifications, and account communication.
• WhatsApp number — optionally provided through the support form for faster response times. Not required.
• Support messages — feedback, questions, or bug reports you send through the in-app support form.

Information collected automatically

• Usage data — pages visited, features used, report creation events, and general interaction patterns.
• Device information — browser type, operating system, and screen resolution for optimizing the experience.
• Session data — authentication tokens stored in cookies to maintain your signed-in session.

Information from third parties

• Meta Ad Library data — publicly available advertising data scraped from the Meta Ad Library. This data pertains to advertisers, not to you personally.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate you and maintain your session.
• To generate and deliver ad analysis reports.
• To send report completion and failure notifications via email.
• To process payments and maintain credit balances.
• To respond to support requests.
• To send administrative emails such as daily operational digests (admin only).
• To improve and maintain the Service.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform. Each processes data according to their own privacy policies:

• Apify — scrapes publicly available ad data from the Meta Ad Library on our behalf.
• Cloudflare Workers AI — transcribes audio from video advertisements using the Whisper speech-to-text model, routed through Cloudflare AI Gateway.
• OpenRouter — routes requests to large language models and vision models for ad analysis and report generation.
• Resend — delivers transactional emails (report notifications, OTP codes).
• Razorpay — processes credit purchases and payments. We do not store your payment card details; these are handled entirely by Razorpay.
• Render — hosts the application infrastructure (servers, database, cache).

4. Data Retention

• Account data — retained for as long as your account exists. You may request deletion at any time.
• Reports and ad data — retained indefinitely unless you delete a report, at which point the report and its associated ad data are permanently removed.
• Session tokens — expire after 24 hours of inactivity.
• Support messages — retained for as long as needed to resolve your request, then archived.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies only — specifically, a session cookie to keep you signed in and an authentication hint cookie to improve the loading experience. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure session management (HMAC-SHA256), and access controls on our infrastructure. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your personal data and account.
• Object to or restrict certain types of processing.
• Export your data in a portable format.

8. Children

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
