Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Dojo Ads Intelligence (“Service”), operated by Dojo Growth Labs (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

Dojo Ads Intelligence analyzes publicly available advertising data from the Meta Ad Library. We use artificial intelligence to identify creative patterns, audience strategies, and messaging themes across an advertiser's ad portfolio. Reports are generated automatically and delivered to your account.

2. AI Disclaimer

Our reports are generated using artificial intelligence models. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated analysis may contain errors, omissions, or misinterpretations. Reports should be treated as directional intelligence, not definitive fact. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any analysis. You are responsible for independently verifying any insights before making business decisions based on them.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Accounts

You authenticate via a one-time email code. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying data or models powering the Service.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense reports or access to the Service without our prior written consent.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, its servers, or connected networks.
• Submit automated requests or use bots to interact with the Service beyond its intended interface.

6. Credits and Payments

Your first report is free. Subsequent reports require one credit, which can be purchased through the Service. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value. Pricing is displayed at the time of purchase and may change without prior notice. All payments are processed through Razorpay and are subject to their terms of service.

7. Refunds

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for purchased credits. If a report fails due to a technical error on our end, the credit used for that report will be automatically refunded to your account balance. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, algorithms, and branding, is owned by Dojo Growth Labs and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Reports generated for you are licensed for your internal business use. The underlying ad data analyzed is publicly available through the Meta Ad Library and remains subject to Meta's terms of use.

9. Data and Privacy

We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to such processing.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dojo Growth Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any unused credits will be forfeited upon termination.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.
