Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all credit purchases made through Dojo Ads Intelligence (“Service”), operated by Dojo Growth Labs.
No Refunds
All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Once a payment is processed, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for purchased credits, regardless of whether the credits have been used.
Automatic Credit Recovery for Failed Reports
If a report fails to generate due to a technical error on our end, the credit consumed for that report is automatically returned to your account balance. You do not need to contact us for this — it happens immediately upon failure.
This automatic recovery applies when:
- The pipeline encounters an unrecoverable error during processing.
- All retry attempts have been exhausted without producing a report.
- A system-level failure prevents report generation.
What Is Not Covered
Credits will not be refunded or recovered for:
- Reports that complete successfully but whose content does not meet your expectations. Our reports are AI-generated and may vary in quality depending on the available ad data.
- Reports for advertisers with limited or low-quality ad data in the Meta Ad Library.
- Duplicate reports created for the same advertiser by the same user.
- Credits remaining in your account if you choose to stop using the Service.
Disputes
If you believe a credit was incorrectly consumed or you experience an issue not covered above, please contact us through the Support link in the application footer. We review each case individually and will work with you to reach a fair resolution.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
